How to go to Big Buddha Hong Kong?

The best way to go to big Buddha is Ngong Ping 360 cable car. Its starting point is Tung Chung.

First, take MTR nearby your area and catch the Tung Chung line to reach Tung Chung MTR station (Last Station), please exit MTR exit B, walk for a few minutes, and take a cable car to reach Big Buddha.

Polin monastery:

Pauline monastery is a Buddhist monastery located in Ngong Ping at Lantau Island Hong Kong. A Buddhist monastery founded by 3 Monks in 1906 and it was initially known as “THE BIG HUT”

This monastery also started producing many kinds of crafts and related small accessories like gifts and novelty products and trade nearby the big budda area.

Wisdom path:

The wisdom part is located bottom of the Lantau peak, it is a path proceeded with the wooden columns

Tsung Jao -I, who is a globally known master with outstanding achievements in both academics and Art/ wisdom transformed an outdoor large-scale carving and created a monumental calligraphic work of the heart sutra.

This walk is around 10 to 12 minutes and there is a total of 38 wooden columns.
