Hong Kong Sea Beaches are very popular with nature lovers, a small city, but lots of things for travelers to see and explore. Below are the names of some of the popular beaches listed in Hong Kong

Clearwater Bay Beach:

Clearwater Bay Beach has two beaches; the coastline First Beach and the Second Beach. They are both connected to each other by walking path, and the distance is about 15 minutes of normal walking distance.

How do I get there?

You can get there by taking bus number 91 from Diamond Hill or by taking minibus number 103M from Tseung Kwan O MTR station and getting off at Clearwater Bay Second Beach. For visitors, who need to get to the Clearwater Bay First Beach, they will have to walk there through the walking pathway that connects the two beaches.
Both beaches provide various services such as changing rooms, toilets, BBQ slots, and lifeguard services. Also, it is protected with a shark net for swimmers. The beach is open for swimming from April to October during the warmer seasons.

Discovery Bay Beach:

Discovery Bay seaside is situated at Discovery Bay. Going to DB, either taking a bus cost $10 from Sunny Bay MTR station or a ferry cost $ 40-$45 from the Central Pier. The ferry cost may vary depending on whether you take the normal one or the faster one as well as whether you choose the ordinary or the deluxe ticket.

The beach also has a children’s playground on the sand which makes it different from other beaches in Hong Kong.

Golden Beach:

Golden Beach is a beautiful beach on Gold coast. It is the largest beach in the Tuen Mun area.  food many more. There is a wonderful western-style Gold Coast shopping mall available with restaurants, bars, fast food, and many more.

Facilities available:

It has ample facilities such as; a BBQ area, dress changing rooms, WC, volleyball, and also a mini tuck shop to buy drinks, snacks, beach equipment, and many more.

Repulse Bay Beach:

Repulse Bay is the ornament for the southern district of Hong Kong. This is a unique and wonderful seaside located in this place.

The Light House and Zhenhai Tower Park are some of the popular spots where visitors take pictures over there.

Ma Wan Tung Wan Beach:

Ma Wan Tung Wan coast is at under Tsing Ma bridge and next to Noah’s Ark. It is a white sand swimming beach with a clean and attractive location.

Kiu Tsui Beach

Kiu Tsui Beach is located on Shark Island. You can reach there by taking a ferry from Sai Kung Pier. This is a popular beach for the fisherman, the water is very clear and good view around.

The ferry ride is approximately 30 minutes and the fare is HK$30 per person.

Butterfly Beach

The Butterfly Beach is located in Tuen Mun. The beach also has a park that includes a children’s playground and a garden with plenty of BBQ areas to accommodate visitors.

How to get to Butterfly Beach:

You can get there by taking a shuttle bus number K52 from Tuen Mun MTR station and getting off at Butterfly Beach Park. The walk to the beach is about 5 minutes. Alternatively, you can take the LRT number 610.
