Remembering is an art, and many techniques are involved in memorizing things quickly; this is the problem for more than 90% of people we see and meet. In earlier life or later life, forgetting issues constitutes a significant problem for most people to a specific extent. We commonly forget the person’s name, item name, telephone numbers, courses, subject matters, or others. I have explained some of the active agents that help to boost memory by doing practice daily. Physical Exercise :
Physical exercise stretches the body’s muscles which helps the blood circulation to get lots of oxygen into the heart, lungs, and the body, which always helps to make brain cells and body cells fresh and active. All active cells work correctly in the body.
A good time for exercise is in the morning. Teenagers prefer challenging activities like Gym, and running, for the mid-age people are better at walking, jogging, and light gym, and old age is suitable for light aerobics and basic stretching. Swimming is one of the best exercise for all parts of the body balancing.
Make a habit of walking faster to catch the MTR, Taxi, ferry, or go to the park or sight scene. I am not saying you rush, but energetic and active action so that with every step you feel you are doing something good for the body
Essential things to write immediately.
It is one of the tricks anyone can follow to improve memory. Any vital message or things while tracked in your mind must write a recorded physical or digital platform immediately so that you can retrieve it whenever necessary. Important reminders like, any appointment like doctors, business, friends, meeting with the people, any urgent set of time table which is better put in writing correctly way, otherwise, hard to remember and track so that some important things can be missed out sometime.
Write a daily journal basis:
Making a plan reminds us of future focus, and we should plan every day so it comes to mind to enable memories; this is also one of the best tricks to remember things. Making a plan for personal or business life; activates the subcouncuos mind even without knowing us, the subconscious mind working while we are not active during the day or night.
Ask a question yourself:
Asking questions to others is another best technique to memorize things. While asking anything that you doubt about can make it clear while asking doubt questions to others. Like, what is her name? When was the USA discovered? Steps for mail merge, etc., and more.
Judge your activity:
Judge your daily activities, which are happening in everyday life, and find out what you are strong about and weak in, and do more practice on it for where you are poor. If you have a problem with memorizing, practice remembering guidelines from day one; with regular exercise, you will be better and make good progress in the future.
Think differently :
Another best way to make your memory strong is to analyze things or situations differently and follow them regular basis; the more brain exercise you do, the better remembering person you will have! It is tested any many journals published on the subject—a simple example. We use our right hand more than our left hand, and eventually, our right hand is more potent, active, and powerful compared with the left one.
Write your journal :
Writing a journal is a part of daily life rituals; I have been doing this activity every day for the last twenty years now virtually without skipping more than a week or so .it is my habit. The more actively I write and review I will remember things actively. While I read the journal repeatedly, repeating the items will help me to recall what was forgotten. This is the same process while you review your note and remember them before the examination.
Follow the rules :
While you follow the rules daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly, you do not skip any point stated on the rules, which is part of memorization. The more rule you make and follow, the more things your memories. Therefore, keep following the rules to memories better.
Use apps and technology set reminders, etc.
A lot of technology and apps are available as a tool to improve performance of any area at any area like health, management, study, learning, memorizing, database, organization, and much more. Use those tools as a friend to avoid missing things.
Meditation and breathing technics :
Meditation is another tool for remembering; it is the process of focusing and concentrating or focusing Just on breathing. This technique, for an extended period, is built massive results for daily life. As a daily ritual, I do 30 minutes of activities in the morning, including meditation, Kapal Bhati, breathing technique, white light meditation, and more.
