Sai Kung Trip
Sai Kung, Hong Kong, is the best place to see village life, including beaches, waterfalls, and rock pools, and it is a beautiful place to find authentic seafood. It is entirely different from city life with tons of noise, busy roads, and rush for daily work and office. Finding Sai Kung is the opposite place, but less noice, no more smoking, no daily life rush, and push to go ahead. Come here with nearer and dearer, i.e., friends and families, to find peace and relax. Stay a day or two if you wish, and explore the place; meet locals, taste all these authentic foods, and enjoy.

How to go to Sai Kung? See Sai King weather before proceed.
Sai Kung ( SK) is an isolated part of the city life; no rush, no high-rise buildings, more peace, calm, and full of natural feelings in you, i.e., many sea beaches are there, hiking sports, greenery, natural landmark, and much more. Many public modes of transport are available, like an MTR, Bus, or Taxi, to go to your destination. Always consider Hong Kong weather conditions before heading to Sai kong. You may download Hong Kong Observatory apps to know the weather conditions. I recommend you download it, which is 100% free to use. You should avoid traveling to Sai Kung during typhoons, cyclones, thunderstorms, and red rain signal conditions. Also, use proper Hiking shoes to comfortably and safely walk.
Klook.comMTR /Minibus to Sai Kung Pier:
Take an MTR (Mass Transit Railways) to Choi Hung station and exit from the C2 gate, and take minibus number #1A, which directly drops you at Sai Kung, the minibus frequency is about 5 to 7 minutes, and it takes around 30 minutes to reach Sai Kung Pier which is the last station.
Go to Sai Kung by Meter Taxi:
If you go to SK with a small group of family or friends, a taxi would be the best way, because the cost can be shared and also you can avoid the MTR & minibus connections, etc. It also saves a lot of time and energy. If you are a tourist from outside, Hong Kong taxi rates are nominal, neither expensive nor very cheap; the taxi meter starts it shows HK$27

You may also prefer to go by car if you have your own. Otherwise, renting a car is not much popular in Hong Kong. There are lots of car parking spaces available in Sai Kung. There are various apps are available to find parking locations. I prefer the “Hong Kong Drivers” app to download free to get a parking space. Alternatively, double-decker buses are another choice, from the various locations to Sai Kong directly.
