A major elderly problem is a frozen shoulder, which usually occurs by a lack of hand and solder movement. In Tin Shui Park, one of the elderly exercise points, located near the Central Park Towers Tower 1-6 and Tin Shui Wai Town Plaza Bus Terminal. I added some of the facilities available at this physical exercise point and other nearby facilities, not only TSW but overall Hong Kong Public parks.

Pull-down string exercise machine:
A Pull-down string exercise machine is one of the most valuable pieces of equipment available for physical exercise. Most of the elderly have issues with frozen shoulders; that pain and uncomfortableness can heal using regular pull-down exercise.
Hold both string handle grip, and make it pull-down, so the other automatically goes up. You can use it standing in different directions and pulling across your arm. Please don’t leave the handle while it is in motion; an accident may occur unknowingly.
I have been having shoulder pain for the last six months; I suddenly set a goal and made 21 days of Challenge to heal the pain. Today is the 14th day of my 21 days challenge; I am better, my 75% pain has gone already, and I am working on my Challenge to make it 0-level pain. Let my Challenge be accomplished on a particular day.
Pull-down metallic unit:
This metallic pull-down device is similar to a string type, but instead of thread; this divide has a solid metal rod to pull down. You can grip well using both nodes of the pull-down rod and up and down for exercise. It is helpful for the hand, Shoulder, chest, spinal cord, etc.
Stepper for leg and hand:
Stepper is designed for the elderly; you hold both hands to the handle and gently move both legs up and down. Be careful while stepping up the unit; anyone can fall from there if an imbalance occurs.
Tai chi wheel:
Tai Chi is one of the popular exercises invented in China and explored worldwide. Using Tai Chi Wheel, you can perform some extent of Tai Chi; this exercise unit is named accordingly.
Grip the wheel handle on both hands, make your neck, chest, and spinal cord straight; make your leg position as instructed in the instruction metallic slot board, and slowly circle it. You can do clockwise and anti-clockwise rotation as your wish. This is helpful for palms, hands, and solders
Shoulder Strech:
A big wheel that helps the shoulder stretch from different angles. Personally, one of my favorite pieces of equipment is either used as holding steering or bent either side or use single and or both hands. The regular use of this unit is to grip the wheel on both handles and turn half clockwise or half anti-clockwise.
Warning: Please do not leave the equipment in highly rotation condition, because that may occur accidents because this is designed for older adults who are not very council as a teen. It is perfect for the Shoulder.
Hip Twister:
Hip twister or tester facilities are standard units available in every park in Hong Kong suitable for old or teenage. It has two separate units – the foot placer is a round circular rotating flexible unit you can twist. Another unit is a fixed, which is held by the hand. Holding the hand unit, you can rotate your body clockwise or anti-clockwise. This help to reduce belly to some extent. Apart from this, it helps tighten the hand, leg, hip, chest, etc.
